Our dental savings plans are an annual in-office plan offered to patients without insurance to aid in the care of your oral health and dental needs. This plan is designed to help you gain greater access to quality care and save on your dental expenses. We are committed to providing the highest quality dental services at affordable prices.
We offer two different savings plans to fit our patient's needs. One is for the traditional cleaning patient, while the other is for those who need periodontal maintenance cleanings.
Traditional Annual Dental Savings Plan
Benefits Include:
-2 Exams
-2 Cleanings-All Necessary X-Rays
-1 Emergency Visit
-Fluoride Varnish In-Office Application
-10% Off SureSmile Clear Aligners
-12% Discounted Free Schedule for Treatment
Services such as fillings, crowns, extractions and other general dental treatment all offered at a 12% discount.
Program Guidelines
-Non-refundable
-Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
-No refunds will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize dental plan
-Patient's portion of bill is due day of service
It cannot be used
-In conjunction with another dental plan
-For services for injuries covered under workers compensation
-For referrals to specialists outside of our office

Adult $360
Child $205 (12 & under)

*Plan will expire 1 year after SRP Evaluation appointment. If SRP Evaluation is not completed within 8 weeks of last SRP appointment, expiration date will be 1 year from last SRP appointment.
